Adlam Small Letter Jiim

Adlam Small Letter Jiim at U+1E936 is a lowercase letter of the Adlam script, used for writing Fulani and related Fula-language varieties. It belongs to the Adlam block and represents the small form paired with the corresponding capital Jiim in normal bicameral spelling. In real text, this letter appears in Adlam words wherever the jiim consonant sound is needed, much as a lowercase consonant does in Latin-script orthographies. It is used in Fulfulde, Pulaar, Pular, and other Fula varieties in books, literacy materials, messaging, religious texts, signage, and educational content produced by Adlam users.
