Hangul Syllable-Ac06

Hangul Syllable-Ac06 at U+AC06 represents a precomposed Korean syllable from the Hangul Syllables block, built from the initial consonant giyeok, the vowel a, and a final consonant cluster written with nieun plus hieuh. In plain terms, it is one complete Hangul block for the reading “ganh,” though its actual pronunciation depends on Korean sound rules and surrounding syllables. This syllable is not common as a standalone modern Korean word, but it can occur wherever Korean text needs to encode that exact jamo combination, especially in dictionaries, linguistic data, collation tests, input-method testing, or exhaustive Hangul tables. Korean typing systems normally let a user enter the component jamo in sequence, after which software composes them into the single syllable 갆. In ordinary Korean writing, readers are more likely to encounter related syllables used in words and inflected forms than this particular block. When it does appear, it should be treated as Korean text rather than as separate Latin-like marks; decomposing or substituting it can affect search, sorting, and text analysis in Korean-language processing.
